A Feel-Good Afternoon

Last month, we enjoyed a fabulous afternoon with Andrew and Marko, and it was one that residents are still smiling about.

The afternoon was filled with lots of singing and dancing, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere from start to finish. Familiar songs encouraged everyone to join in, whether that meant singing along, clapping to the rhythm or getting up for a little dance. The energy in the room was infectious, and it was wonderful to see so many happy faces enjoying the moment together.

Music has a special way of bringing people together, and this session was a perfect example of that. Residents shared laughs, cheered each other on and enjoyed the relaxed, fun-filled feel of the afternoon. There was no pressure to take part in any particular way, just plenty of encouragement to enjoy the music however it felt most comfortable.

Andrew and Marko brought warmth, enthusiasm and a great sense of fun, helping to create an afternoon that felt both uplifting and inclusive. Activities like this play an important role in daily life here, offering opportunities for movement, connection and shared enjoyment in a familiar and welcoming setting.

It truly was an afternoon full of music, movement and fun, and one that residents thoroughly enjoyed. A big thank you to Andrew and Marko for helping to create such a lovely experience. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
