Our recent Pamper Afternoons at Abbeyfield Hoylake & West Kirby have brought two beautifully calm, indulgent and uplifting sessions for our residents. As the photos show, the lounge was transformed into a peaceful haven where everyone could settle back, unwind and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation in a homely environment for later life.
Jess, who is already a much-loved regular in our home, treated residents to soothing facials. We also love her gentle hand and arm massages. Her warm presence and calming approach helped everyone feel comfortable and cared for, creating the ideal setting for rest and rejuvenation. These small touches of personal attention reflect our commitment to caring for older people with dignity and respect. She ensures every resident feels seen and valued.
To make the experience even more enjoyable, soft music drifted through the room. Everyone sipped a glass of Baileys, adding a little celebratory sparkle to the afternoon. There were plenty of smiles, relaxed conversations and shared moments of contentment. This is exactly what supportive senior living in Wirral is all about. We are also delighted to now offer reflexology once a month, thanks to the talented team at MindBody Soulworks. Reflexology has already become a big favourite. It’s a wonderful addition to our calendar of activities, giving residents another avenue to nurture their health, comfort and peace of mind.
