Our Knit and Natter group at Abbeyfield Hoylake & West Kirby has been busy creating gifts for Christmas shoeboxes sent overseas. With over 220 boxes packed, it’s a joyful example of supportive senior living in Wirral and community-led care in Merseyside.

Their visit brought smiles, laughter and companionship, highlighting the emotional and wellbeing benefits of animal therapy in a safe and social setting for ageing well. A perfect example of caring for older people with dignity and respect in a truly community-led home in Wirral.
