Last Friday brought another fantastic afternoon of entertainment to Abbeyfield Hoylake & West Kirby as we welcomed the wonderful Mark Birch back to Lear House.
As part of our regular programme of life-enriching activities for older adults, the afternoon was filled with great music, singing, dancing and plenty of fun, creating the kind of lively atmosphere our residents love.

The music soon had everyone joining in, with residents singing along to familiar tunes, getting up to dance and even picking up the tambourines to add their own musical touch. The room was full of smiles, laughter and energy as everyone enjoyed the performance and spent time together.

Sessions like these are a brilliant example of supportive senior living in Wirral, helping residents stay socially connected, active and engaged through enjoyable shared experiences. Music has a wonderful way of bringing people together, and afternoons like this help create the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes Lear House such a special place to call home.

At Abbeyfield Hoylake & West Kirby, we are committed to creating a safe and social setting for ageing well, with regular entertainment and meaningful activities that encourage participation, confidence and companionship.
A huge thank you to Mark Birch for another fabulous afternoon. We are already looking forward to the next visit.
